I liked this interesting mix of historical eras and am basing my review on the stories I've read. "Forevermore" was my favorite. I enjoyed this Restoration Era romance as it had a plot that involved an older woman (31) and younger man (24). It is part of the wonderful Chase Family Series and the characters were introduced in a previous book in this series but it can be enjoyed on its own. "Heart of a Fragile Star" is an intriguing pirate story. For fans of the Rakes & Rebels Series the love story of Jean-Philippe and Antonia was fun to read. "The Four-Leaf Clover" was not a bad story but typos were annoying (St. Luis for St. Louis). "A Winter Heart" was different then most romances as it involved an Amish couple and a ghost. The story of two scarred souls healing and falling in love was nice but I thought the way the wedding night scene was written was a bit hokey. I received a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

The Handfasting was a case of mixed identity for the bride. In fact it was interesting to see the wrong sister trying hard not to fall for her husband because she believed it was bad. Liked the way they solved the problem in the end. Forevermore is part of the Chase Family series and if you have read the earlier books you will relate better to the story. Although you can read it as a stand alone as well. It comes across as a typical fairy tale coming to real life situation. If you enjoy historical romances, this collection is perfect for you. Although I have only finished reading two of the stories, I am sure that i will enjoy the remaining four just as much. I received a free review copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.”

All the stories are well written. Some more so than others. Still good none the less. I wished a few of the stores would have kept going. It was hard to put down these "books".
